A semi-closed greenhouse solution
This special greenhouse system has an active mechanical ventilation system with which overpressure can be created in the greenhouse. In addition to the homogeneous greenhouse climate that this creates, the overpressure ensures that the impact of harmful insects on the crop is minimized, making it possible to produce 100% pesticide-free.
The high light transmission and the variety of ventilation options in both the greenhouse roof and greenhouse facade, makes Alcomij’s Venlo ideal for a semi-closed greenhouse solution like this. It ensures that the greenhouse as a whole fits in well with the specific weather conditions in this region and the requirements of the greenhouse builder and grower.

Full control over the greenhouse climate
Due to the cooling and dehumidifying capabilities of the greenhouse system through the flexibly adjustable outdoor air intake, a grower has full control over the climate in the greenhouse. This makes this semi-closed greenhouse system ideal for the specific weather conditions of this region.
