What is Lean Orange Belt?
Lean Orange Belt is a hands-on training program that teaches you how to make processes smarter and more efficient. It’s all about reducing waste and creating more value for our customers. Participants don’t just learn theory – they apply it directly to their daily work, resulting in improvements that truly make a difference.
What did the program involve?
Over the past few months, our colleagues have worked on concrete improvement projects within production and logistics. Their final task? Presenting these results to the group. This led to many practical ideas we can put into action right away.
The program concluded with a tour of our production halls, where we reviewed what has already been improved and identified new opportunities. This way, we keep learning and growing together, across departments.
